Getting An Apartment

Well, Ive reached one my goals for the year. I am finally getting an apartment after 4 long years of living with my aunt and my mom respectively. It's been somewhat of a slump, I'm sure I hit rock bottom but I'm finally climbing out this dump. This blog is a work in progress and I just integrated some of my poetry into to in order to attract more readers and followers. I've also added a donate button, so hopefully someone is kind enough to donate a little bit of change at least.(we still need a fridge)

I hope to get a lot of readers soon, but until then I will continue to write poetry and anything else that comes to mind.

Pointless

Pointless conversations
Filled with suspicions
“I Love You Too” is hesitant
My ears refuse to listen
Like a teen rebelling
Raging against the machine
Living in a dream
Where nothing comes in between
My habit and your expectations
Allegations and instigation
Drown out the silence.
Of those words that are not spoken
The promises that were broken
Brings out violence
The truth is not tool
Ice is not cold
The fire doesn’t burn
The world doesn’t turn
The clock doesn’t tick or tock
My love for you doesn’t stop

Shared souls

Go with me

On this journey

As seen through the window

Of poetry

The blowing trees

Put me so at ease

Eyes almost closed 

But I can always see

As long as you're here

With me 

Sit please 

Enjoy this 

Tangerine sunset 

So we can 

Make love and fall asleep

Bake up and have blue dreams 

Light my fire 

And I go up in smoke

It'll be ok as long as we

Over endless bowls 

Of the finest flower 

I am a universe

It's been since I wrote a poem

Since I been somewhat creative 

I got caught up

In the daily happenings 

I don't know what happened to me 

Or the boy I used to be

I'm not saying I'm grown

But I might be experiencing maturity

It's giving me a glimpse of hope 

And somewhat of a direction 

And an appetite for success 

With a side of destruction 

Soaked in excitement 

So when I die 

The only thing I'll regret is that

I didn't any  start sooner 

Lunar trips and shit 

I am a universe within one 

I am motivated and elevated 

And  now I'm into deep

And I can't stop now

No time to sleep

At least until I'm done 

With this journey

That doesn't have an end

But with many new beginnings.

Sato Sushi

Sato sushi in Lancaster,Ca is a nice little restaurant/bar located in the same shopping center as schooners. My first visit here was the Saturday before Christmas. On that night the atmosphere resembled that of a dive bar. The hype man was dressed up as Santa Claus and there was a raffle going on,and they were even handing out free saki bombs. The best part was the price. A dinner for two with one entrée each and two alcoholic beverages was under thirty dollars. Talk about a good deal.The sushi itself is great and when it comes to sushi I am very picky. I highly recommend trying the gold crunch roll.

Tonight was the fourth time there and the atmosphere was very lax and not crowded at all .In fact, there was only one other table. The service has always been friendly and quick and tonight was no exception. This is becoming one with of my favorite spots in the antelope valley. You should definitely check this place out.

Ghost Face OG Dabs

After work my girlfriend and I went over to a friend’s house. Prior to arriving they informed us that they have Ghost Face OG wax. I believe that Wax/Dabs is to weed, what hard liquor is to beer and other alcohol. If you never experienced Dabs or Wax I suggest you thread lightly and don’t plan on driving anywhere soon.

The first thing you will probably notice how much of a process it is to smoke it. Unless you are smoking out of a pen. The torch, the heating of the bowl, the anticipation and anxiety-like build up before taking that first dab is what I experience every time I partake in a wax session. It’s the same approach I take when I am taking shots. It’s that same anticipation, I couldn’t wait to get high after work. And let me tell you, that stuff hit me in minutes, I didn’t cough as much as I did the other times, but I felt high and hot. Really hot, that fire was burning my insides. It was nice.

The high was relaxing and calming. I was the first one to hit, which meant I got to enjoy my high and observe everyone else’s hit and its effect. My girlfriend began talking about work and I felt myself zone out, I guess you can call it selective hearing. It was a humorous high and just what I needed today. Our friends spilled their coffee over the microwave, and I just sat there watching. Typically, like in almost every dab sesh my other friend grab the bowl as it was burning hot, I guess that’s the pain involved with being a stoner. After hitting dabs my friend's busted out there WII U entertainment systems and we had a blast. Playing Mario Kart really took me back. The new controller added a unique touch to the experience and I highly(no pun intended) recommend looking into this system and also Mario Kart.
